Lee has over twenty-five years’ experience within the offshore and subsea oil and gas industry. His experience covers topsides mechanical design, subsea controls design and project management. He has worked in all phases of developments including Concept, pre-FEED, FEED, detailed design and Execute

Jason has over 30 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry working on both on and offshore developments, with over 15 years in senior corporate and project roles.

His offshore project portfolio includes large and small topsides, subsea production equipment and numerous subsea pipelines and landfalls; onshore scopes include production fields, processing facilities, terminals, pipelines and process plants. He covers all aspects of a development from bids & proposals, feasibility studies to execution, and his experience includes both office and site-based, offshore assignments and working from client offices both in the UK and overseas.

Dem has over 30 years’ experience in the oil and gas business working on both on and offshore developments, and with over 15 years in corporate and senior project roles. He has worked for operators, front-end/design consultants and EPCI contractors. He has successfully built teams for new office start-ups and enhanced the competences and capabilities of existing engineering delivery teams, in both large organisations, and boutique consultants.
